By accessing or using Luce Verde Lounge (luceverdegame.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Luce Verde Gaming Ltd.

2. Operator Information

Luce Verde Lounge is owned and operated by Luce Verde Gaming Ltd., 47-49 King's Road, Reading, RG1 3AR, United Kingdom. Luce Verde Lounge operates strictly as a social casino — not a real-money gambling service.

3. Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old and located in Great Britain (or another permitted jurisdiction) to use our platform. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts that do not comply.

4. Social Casino Nature

Luce Verde Lounge is a social casino for entertainment only. You cannot deposit, win, or withdraw real money. All in-game currency (Verde Coins) is fictional, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real money or prizes of monetary value.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

6. Virtual Currency (Verde Coins)

Verde Coins are virtual tokens used exclusively within Luce Verde Lounge. They may be obtained through free daily bonuses, promotional events, or optional paid subscriptions. Purchased Verde Coins are non-refundable except as required by UK consumer law.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Verde Coin subscription packs are billed through third-party payment processors. Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel via your account settings or by contacting support.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or exploit the system, use bots or automated tools, create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, harass other users, or misrepresent your identity or age.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Luce Verde Lounge — including games, graphics, logos, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to Luce Verde Gaming Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

10. Game Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove social casino games and features at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance as needed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Luce Verde Gaming Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Verde Coin subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@luceverdegame.com.

13. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall first be addressed through our support team. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using Luce Verde Lounge, you consent to data processing as described in those documents.

15. Changes to Terms and Contact
